Returns

Delivery: Our Delivery time ranges 1-7 working days for all orders. Local orders are delivered same day.  If you haven’t received your order, email us for faster attention. Don’t worry, you will always receive your package.

At SUDGadgets™, we want to give you a 100% happy shopping experience. We adhere to the 3-days return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return on a product in a resalable condition for 3 days from the day you receive your package. Below are the items that are non-refundable:

• Items that have been worn washed or containing odors
• Undergarments (including sports bras) due to health and sanitation concerns
• We do not accept returns for exchange of color (s) and size (s) from the one you ordered. You will need to make a fresh order.
• We have do not accept returns and refunds on orders made on CASH ON DELIVERY bases. Assess the item before the delivery man leaves.

If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund. If 3 business days have passed since your order was marked delivered, and you have not contacted us, we cannot process a return or refund. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this issue.

Please contact customer service with your order number and please explain which item you wish to return and why. Once we received your item, it is inspected and processed. We will contact you by email notifying you that we have received your item. At this point, your item is still subject to approval to a refund based on conditions.
